Founded in 2013 by Owner and Managing Director Simon Bartholomew, Lexden Contracts Ltd began as a general building contractor delivering a wide range of projects including new builds, extensions, and alterations for both developers and private clients. From the outset, our vision was simple, to build strong, long-lasting relationships by placing our clients at the heart of everything we do.
Over the years, that client-focused approach has been the foundation of our continued success and steady growth.
In recent years, Lexden Contracts has evolved to operate primarily as a Main Contractor, leading projects across a variety of sectors including healthcare, education, commercial, and residential. Our portfolio now features new build developments, school refurbishments, and specialist healthcare facilities, reflecting our commitment to quality, safety, and innovation in every project we deliver.
While we continue to support our long-standing clients, our focus on larger-scale contracts has driven significant investment in our management systems, accreditations, health & safety practices, and project delivery processes.
