Lexden Contracts Ltd were established in 2013, set up by the Owner & Managing Director Simon Bartholomew.

Initially set up as a General Building Contractor we undertook new builds, extensions, alterations and much more.

Through out this time we were working closely with both developers and private clients.

Our vision was to create a business centred around our clients, with the aim of forming long lasting relationships. 

This has proved very successful for us over the last nine years of trading.

In the last couple of years the company has taken a slight turn in direction.

Although we do continue with general building works under our minor works & maintenance division.

We now find ourselves primarily operating and functioning as a Main Contractor.

During this time we have invested and focused on implementing all the necessary systems, procedures, accreditation, health & safety and insurances etc.

 In 2020 we have restructured our Senior Management Team.

Still in touch with our roots we are still a local, family run company with a dynamic team of experts and specialists.

Always committed to delivering our projects to the highest of standards.
